Collaborative Artists

Michelle and Robert’s paintings are created from a place of beauty, power, spirit and soul. The artists seek to evoke positive feelings and experiences for the viewer, to create moments of peace and reflection that are uniquely the viewer’s. The artwork takes a person to their own inner sanctuary, reminiscent of that special place where the fast pace of daily life melts away.

The paintings integrate the Visual; form, color, light, texture and combine it with the dreaming of Space and Place. Each piece is meant to transport the viewer to present moment awareness, and create gateways into their own imaginations. The artists create light, dimension, movement, and feeling by applying many layers of paint to each canvas. The paintings have numerous variations in applications of thicknesses, textures and color to project dimensionality and richness.

Michelle and Robert Casarietti come together from two very different backgrounds and approaches, which is why there paintings are so dynamic. They have been painting together for the past 14 years as a collaborative artist team. They blend together their styles with Michelle having a Bachelors of Fine Art degree from Colorado State University and a twenty plus year career in interior architectural design. Robert is a self taught artist of 30 years and was a successful business man prior to dedicating himself full time to their art making. They started their lives together to create beauty in the world, expressing it through their love of painting and creating art. What has evolved is a collaboration of two artists who share their souls and spirit on the same canvas.
Their work hangs in some of the most prestigious private, corporate and hospitality spaces in the United States. Robert & Michelle currently reside in Fort Collins, Colorado.
